Heaven Sent Pit Bull Rescue is an approved 501(c)3 non-profit organization as of August 27th,2009, before that we were in processing of approval We have finally received our determination letter after almost 2 years waiting. Heaven Sent is doing so much to change pits image one pit at a time! If we would all stand together as bully lovers instead of down-talking the ones that are truly trying to help, we could reach the stars together for this breed. I decided to check them out anyway. They recieved their 501C3 on Aug 27,2009. IRS updates records quarterly. They are in fact a non-profit. Unfortunately, due to lack of funding, they are non accepting new pets at this time.
