Lobo is a wonderful place. It is the only one like it in Mt. Vernon. I takes animals that need help. Abandoned and abused. They spay, neuter, update shots and micro chip there animals before they are adopted out. They have found many homes. If for some reason they can't be adopted out they can live here all their lives. They need a new home. We are having fund raisers now so we can obtain one. It is remarkable clean.
