Protecting All The Animals Rights is what this Alliance is about. This is a Non-Profit Organization. Membership fee is required to be a registered member of N.A.P.A. The fee is as follows $5.00 a month or $50.00 a year. You can save $10.00 by signing up for a full year. Donations are appreciated & Tax Deductable . We are having a promotion for our very first 6 months out up & running for this ground level opportunity. We are offering our membership at a customized special. Where you help us with ideas for this website as it will be constantly growing along with N.A.P.A. YOU DO NOT have to start a chapter to become a member to have a say. Chapter's are for leader's who are willing to dedicate their time to this NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION. Manage their district with your support. Coming across new issue's for LEGISLATION, ANIMAL RIGHTS, EVENTS, & FUNDRAISER'S where you can get personally involved for the low cost of $48.00 a year. Broken down to 3 months in advance at $4.00 a month thats an additional $2.00 savings. Your 1 month fee is waived. The first 3 months will cost you only $8.00. The following 9 months will be broken into 3rds for $12.00 every 3 months. This is a great deal. To have a chance to speak up & speak out for those animals that can't be heard.

Our mission statement is to Protect Animals by Legislating Laws pertaining to Animal Rights. As well as all of our members being their voice. This will enhance their lives a great deal. We will be sponsoring No Kill Shelter's. We are a Non-Profit Organization. All donation's will be Tax Deductible. All proceeds will be used in such a manner as opening New No Kill Shelter's. Awarding monetaries to remodel No Kill Shelter's. To supply feed, & shelter needs for animals in Disaster Areas, Who need Rescued, Sheltered, or Protected from the elements of Nature. We will protect WILDLIFE animals as well. Catch & Release Centers will be set up so that when WILDLIFE gets in the way of Mankinds Urban Growth or in the way of Farmer's. We are looking for you. That's right. You can help by becoming a member. As a member you will pay a small fee that will develope into actual millions of dollars a year to get all these things accomplished & so much more!

Just by simply joining this crusade will help so many Shelter's. So many Natural Disaster Family Pet's, Wildlife & Legislate Laws needed for animals. Not to mention opening your own Chapter's through National Animal Protection Agency. You will be starting your own No Kill Shelter's. These Shelter's will involve Communities, Yourself as well as the Youth. These Shelter's will be unique in their own way of helping the Animals, the Youth & the Communities all at the same time. These Shelter's inspire the Youth & gives them what they need to give back to N.A.P.A. Along with N.A.P.A. Shelter's You will find Youth Centers, Which will be open to all Youth Volunteer's for free for the work they do at or for N.A.P.A. Shelter's & outside of Shelter's, such as Fundraisers from the following groups will also be allowed to enjoy & use N.A.P.A. They consist of Girl Scouts/Boy scouts Brownies/Cub Scouts, Church Youth Groups/ Blue Birds/Campfire Girls, College Youth Etc... whom help with Fundraising for N.A.P.A.
Activities Will Include
Dances, Bon Fires, Computer Centers, Skateboard Park outdoor volleyball, Barbie Clubs for Summer & a Paintball Speedball Arena Indoor Volleyball even Dodge Ball Tournaments, Book Groups, Movie Groups, Inside Arena Online Gaming for Winter Teen Dances Along with College YOUTH to invent their own activity such as Plays, Concerts & Social Groups For those that do not wish to Volunteer to play or use Can simply donate $5.00 to play that day or donate by the month or rent out part of the facility At a cost of $30.00 to $150.00 a night. All donation's for your child's play are Tax Deductable. We organize our Youth Volunteer's so they may enjoy what others can simply afford. Eveyone benefits N.A.P.A.'s Animals. Youth with money & Youth without money. No one gets left out. Even the Youth who wish to just pay to play. Will be giving NATIONAL ANIMAL PROTECTION AGENCY the help that they need to complete our Mission.
