I have known and admired Carol for a long time for her dedication to helping the often overlooked residents of our cities and trailer parks. She has operated a Trap-Neuter-Return for several years now virtually alone, but with a large group of volunteers and sponsors. She has recently teamed with another TNR person, and they now have a home to house and adopt out the friendlies and kittens that are a "by-product" of their spaying/neutering efforts.
