We have a very important friend to the pets in our area, the Doggie Transport Guy (DTG). Complete with a website and blogs, he transports our humane society pups in a decked out PT cruiser for the ride of their life….some to find their forever home, others to stay in rescue who can help them find a breed familiar caretaker. I can’t tell you how many times he’s even crossed the northern border, no not Michigan but Canada…to take pups to their new country and homes. I have seen other folks really struggle to fill legs of trips, the DTG with audio book in hand will drive the distance. His pod casts highlight his trips in an anecdotal way….he’s also available for advice on where to stay, or what to see along the way with your pooch. The DTG has the best weekend job a person could ever hope to have!
