I stumbled upon the Black and Orange Cat Foundation after searching about TNR in the Ohio area. I contacted them about doing some TNR near my home, Robin was quick to reply and very helpful and nice. There aren't any stray cats around to do TNR with right now, but when there are, I will definitely start doing TNR with them!!
