Pros: hard working to protect horses from theft & help recovering of missing horses, etc.
Cons: they can't be everywhere, but they try
Debi Metcalfe, author of horse theft prevention book "Been There, Done That" after her own horse Idaho was stolen went on to start the first organization to help prevent horse theft and help people recover their missing horses.
Debi includes other horse related items and helps with small animal recovery too.
