Wonderful no-kill shelter

Donna has a great love for dogs and cats and has pretty much given her all to take in the many unwanted dogs of Doddridge County. She also helps other shelters and works with rescue transports all over to try to get these and other dogs into home. She also helps with feral cats and cats owners can no longer keep. Where she lives is kind of remote so getting volunteers has been difficult for her. Her husband Rich helps and supports her with the many tasks involved in running the NCWV Humane Society. She has placed numerous dogs and cats into loving homes and also has a sanctuary for those who not able to be placed (special needs/seniors).
