I came in contact two years ago with Harmony Rescue after a took a dog to the pound that just showed up at my house and took up residence. I already have a small house dog and was worried that it might hurt my dog bc I knew nothing about it. I cried all the way to the pound feeling like I was taking this dog to his death. I was so happy to learn that Harmony fosters many animals until they are adopted and "Buddy's" foster mom soon called me to let me know he was in good hands.
As a teacher, I now work with Harmony to raise funds needed. Last year our school raised almost $2000! I hope we can top that with $5000 this fall.
