Here is an organization whose name is misleading. They are ‘of’ the United States but really are for the world. They work tirelessly to address and bring attention to issues that impact our global community not just in our own backyard. Many folks are commenting about how we should only worry about ourselves and I’m glad this is one organization that isn’t listening. I’ve cried tears of joy while reading of their victories, and cried tears of pain as they watch innocent baby seals slaughtered. There work is a tough one, one that I’m not sure I could stomach on a daily basis, yet they do. Work that pays off with every life they are able to save. I loved their support of other organizations, for instance, spay/neuter day! They really are a fine example of how an organization can make change without the use of vigilante actions. Kudos to HSUS!
