Review Details

I adopted my puppy Max from here. They were at That Pet Place with a small herd of puppies. How anyone can just walk by I don't know.
The staff were organized and took good care of the animals there.
They ask all the right questions to help find good matches. However, I feel in their desperation to find homes they often 'presure sell'.
They are difficult to get in touch with once the adoption is done. Max has a bad skin condition, and when i tried to contact them I had to try several people before I got a response.
Overall fine organization, just don't expect any after sale service.

I also adopted my puppy Juno from there. She had a stomach parasite and we tried to let everyone know and we couldn't get in touch with anyone. We also picked her up at her foster home and the living conditions were far from what I expected. Its very sad to see how people live and that they are allowed to even foster dogs. This particular home had 4 puppies being fostered at the same time and there was urine all feces all of the place. I was ready to get my puppy out of there and give her a home she deserved. We tried to report them but no one seemed to care, or return the phone call.
