Lisa from TLC was a Godsend to me. There were feral kittens running around my apartment builiding and I wanted to feed them. I knew I had to do the right thing regarding TNR so I was seeking help. And then it just so happened that I met Lisa in Hamilton Park at a festival and she offered to help me out! Everything worked out well. I will always be grateful to TLC...
