Help reduce the number of homeless and unwanted animals in our community! HSSA's state-of-the-art Spay & Neuter Clinic is open six days a week, by appointment only.

To schedule an appointment please call 520.881.0321, Mon.-Fri. from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., or Sat. from 10:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
The clinic is closed on Sundays and major holidays.

This is a low income program to help those on Food Stamps or AHCCCS who cannot afford to spay their pets. Pal-Sals beginning July 1 2008 are for females only- please, call for funding needs if you have a male pet.

To provide better customer service there is no longer paperwork being mailed out for our Pal-Sal program. There is still a $10 fee to the customer for the use of this program. Appointments are made each month for the first 100 callers beginning the 1st week of each month, with the exception of Sunday and holidays.

Note: All animals must be up to date on their vaccinations or required vaccines will be given on day of surgery at owner expense.

For specific breed programs like pit-bulls- please call for funding.

Throughout the year , the HSSA offers free spay/neuter days as an incentive to owners of Pit Bull and Pit Bull mix dogs. The goal is to reduce the number of homeless and unwanted Pit Bulls that will die on our streets and shelters each year.

For more information, contact our clinic at 520.881.0321.
