If you want to be treated like a servant and a peasant, volunteer for Boxer Luv. Boxer Luv and it's high and mighty board committee does not give a horse;s tail about the people who make their organization work. Humanity and humility and community is what people are in search for when they volunteer, and boxer luv shows these things to the dogs only and have no problem stepping on people and its volunteers so that they can continue to have "record high rescue numbers". Keep looking if you are thinking about Boxer Luv. There is another boxer organization in the valley and there are so many better options out there.

Cons: too big for its own good, does not back volunteers, claims fosters are KEY but board seeks no feedback from volunteers. Cares NOTHING about volunteers.

This is a wonderful group of volunteers that are truly dedicated to the well being of the homeless boxers in the Phoenix area. When called upon I have never seen a group of people jump in to take care of an ill or injured boxer. I am very proud to be part of this organization..
