Beakn' Wings, Inc.

Beak n' Wings is a 501c(3) educational bird club with a very active rescue and adoption program.

They require all adoptive homes to have home studies, and do not allow breeding or reselling of the birds. Beak n' Wings offers adopters ongoing support, a 24 hour hotline for questions and a beginning bird care class.

They charge reasonable adoption fees in order to cover the veterinary costs and to provide funding for educational outreach activities. They have on average as many as 70 birds in their rescue, from finches to macaws. Their adoptable birds can be viewd on Petfinder.com and at www.beaknwings.org
