My hat's off to Randy Grimm the way he goes all out to rescue, seek medical care and find foster and adoptive owners. He touches my heart every time I see him rescue the precious dogs and cat. I'm a dog lover like him. Randy deserves to win so he can expand his shelter. He's a good and sincere person. These dogs out there need someone like him to take care of them when their owners abuse them, leave, or whatever. My heart ache for all the dogs there abandoned.
