BRHS adopts out pets who are vaccinated, test3ed and altered. What a great thing for both pet and new owner, it is all done! Great for the pocketbook too! Cat are at shelter full time but dogs live in foster homes and are available at certain times or by appointment. Please adopt and stop puppymillers, most pet store puppies come from mills no matter what you are told! The common thing is "we get them from local breeders." Well, there are puppymills everywhere, not just in PA, OH and MO! Pet store puppies support an entire industry of suffering and bring endless heartache and medical bills to their new owners, you cannot tell a puppymill puppy by looking at it! Please educate yourself and choose adoption.
