These are nice folks and have good policies in place. I have interacted with them more than once and just *occasionally* some of the folks I talk to have been a bit out of sorts with what was going on. Certainly it does not really reflect in the animals they care for.
Pros: Good folks
Cons: Can be a little disorganized some times
