The Animal Placement Bureau is an all breed rescue that focuses on rescuing dogs in high kill shelters. We often take in abused, neglected and injured dogs, rehabilitate them and place them in loving forever homes. We operate strictcly on donations and fundraising events. Each of our rescue dogs are cared for in homes by foster parents until they are adopted. They become a part of our family until a forever home is found. They stay in our homes for as long as that takes! The Animal Placement Bureau has over 100 volunteers throughout the state of Michigan. We are always seeking new volunteers so if you're interested, please visit our website at and shoot us an email! Also, if you're looking for the perfect new companion, visit our site to see all of the wonderful dogs needing homes!

Awesom Animal Resuce

posted 7 years ago

I have had the opportunity to adopt from and now volunteer for, APB. The people I have met are all sincerely dedicated to the well being of the dogs that they rescue. Animal Placement Bureau is solely a volunteer agency, which means that anyone who is involved, you can bet, loves what they do. Any pup or dog that ends up in an APB foster home is going to receive the best of care, love and attention that every dog deserves....

Pros: Fantastic Fosters!

Cons: Not enough fosters....So many dogs....
