Nice Shelter

HVHS is a great shelter. They really try to make the best of what they have, the staff is really friendly and knowledgeable.
It is a humane society, so they do euthanize, which is why I only give it 4 stars out of 5

Provide descriptions of the traits of the different animal breeds that are up for adoption.

What makes this shelter unique is that they have written descriptions of the traits of each of the animal breeds in the shelter, so that people who are considering "adopting" a pet can increase the odds of picking an animal that will be a good match for the home environment that it will be living in.
Pros: Great staff!
