I adopted my first dog from them 3 years ago and found it so gratifying that I decided to give fostering for them a try. So far I've helped 5 dogs find homes and in the process I've adopted a second dog from them after fostering her. My experiences with them have been great and I would/have recommended them to everyone I know.
Pros: It's about the dogs
Cons: I can't adopt them all

Rescue has a no-refund policy even if dogs do not work out. But VERBALLY promised a refund in person then they did not honor this. No recourse because their word against mine.
They also charge whatever they want for a dog. The dog was $475 when I contacted and they stated that they take cash only and donations are accepted as well. I made an additional $75 donation for a total of $550. Currently the dog is listed for $550 so I guess they figured they got that amount out of gullible me so why not swindle someone else. I know some rescues (all the ones in my area) have standard fees for animals based on age, medical conditions, etc. This rescue seems to operate on popularity of dog breed.
Dog had bloody stool, they attributed to de-wormer, which, in discussing with my vet, is not true, de-wormers do not cause that amount of blood. Extremely yeasty ears, long toenails, incorrect weight which makes me wonder if the dog was taken to a vet and, if so, what kind of vet would not take care of these issues and not weigh a dog on its first intake exam. Otherwise, dog seemed healthy.
Seem to care about the dogs but when it comes down to it, very inflexible and lied to my face, which is what upsets me the most. I can and will honor a contract but when THEY tell ME that they will give me a refund (I did not ask for a refund), I expect them to honor their word. I understand some rescues want to rehome an animal ASAP in order to make room for another dog that will be euthanized but I don't think this rescue is entirely trustworthy.
Pros: seemed nice when I met them but ?????
Cons: no-refund policy, subjective dog pricing, Does not honor their own verbal agreements/statements
