When I first moved to Clinton county all we had was a dog pound. But because of some very determined people we now have a nice clean building with dog runs and eveything. It is kept clean and safe for the animals and there is always a community awarness campaign going on. Kodos to those kind souls who turned a dream into a reality.
Pros: This was built by people whoreally care about animals
Cons: limited hours for adopting
