I've been in here once and I wasn't overly impressed. Maybe it was just the day that I was there, but I didn't get much help.

Nice "superstore" type environment. All kinds of things for your pets and I like that they allow rescue organizations to bring animals in to adopt out. Way to go PetsMart!
