I cannot rate any of the above. I submitted an application which was never acknowledged. I have no idea whether I am an unfit prospective adoptive "parent" or what. I would have appreciated communication. I also went to their "adoptathon" at a pet store 45 minutes from my home. They were late and this is where I was informed that the poodles I was interested in had already been adopted. A simple email would have created less hard feelings. I will not do business with this agency again even though I firmly believe that I should be adding a shelter pet to my household rather buying from a breeder or pet store.
