Humane Society of Pasco

The Humane Society of Pasco is a wonderful community serivice that has been resucing abused &
abanoned animals since 1990. They put up an old
trailer, which has suffered wind & termite damage & is
in need of replacement with a storm safe shelter. It is
an all volunteer, non-profit shelter, & does not recieve
any funding from the National Humane Society or any
government agency.

Because the shelter is in a rural area, it's difficult to
make Pasco residents aware of the shelter & it's great
need.

The terrific volunteers who run the shelter are there
24 hrs a day & are in great need of help. The few volunteers they do have, do a great job with the cats & dogs, but they need more help so these wounderful
criiters can recieve more love & attention.

help the abused & abandoned animals of this area.

Pros: The animals are their number one priority.

Cons: They need a storm safe shelter as the present one is not safe for Florida storms.
