HART is wonderful

Both of my dogs came from HART and I have found all of the volunteers to be very caring. They have such dedicated people working to place these animals in the best of homes--prospective pet parents seem to be fully checked out and a follow-up done to ascertain that the match is a good one.
Pros: Very caring!
