Unbelievable Organization

This organization is one of the best in the country and rescuing pets. They have single handedly been one the largest force against puppy mills in PA.
They are supremely careful to make sure pet parents adopting their animals are ready to take on the responsibility.
There aren't enough words to describe how amazing these people and this organization is towards the betterment of animals!
