I think you should be wary of ORCA. When I called them about an injured animal, they were not honest about what they would do to him. Finally one lady on the hotline told me that if they trapped him, because he was injured, they'd probably just kill him. Luckily, ORCA never trapped this guy and he happily runs around the neighborhood. I had him neutered and vaccinated somewhere else.
On a separate occasion, I was bitten by a stray. ORCA staff told me the best thing was to have this cat killed and have his head sent to some lab to find out if he was rabid. They got me so scared that I went to the hospital and got the very expensive rabies shots. Six months later, that cat has been vaccinated and has no signs of rabies.

IT WAS A SUNDAY NIGHT, I HEARD A KITTEN CRYING ON MY BACK PORCH. HERE WAS A VERY YOUNG KITTEN, ITS LEG APPEARED TO BE BROKEN. I CALLED ORCA, THEY SAID THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK. WITHIN 1/2 HOUR THEY CALLED BACK. A VERY KIND, AND GENTLE MAN CAME WITH A CAT CARRIER TO PICK UP THIS INJURED KITTEN. IT WAS TO BE TAKEN TO THE VET TO BE CHECKED OUT. THANK YOU ORCA FOR BEING THERE WHEN ONE OF GOD'S CREATURES NEEDED HELP. THEY WILL BE RECEIVING MORE DONATIONS FROM ME IN THE FUTURE.
Pros: Help animals in need
Cons: not enough people donating
