Faithful but Forgotten Friends Animal Rescue & Placement Inc

We adopted a Beagle from this questionable rescue in 2006. Paid 250.00 adoption fee and brought home the sweetest little girl. She had ear infections, worms and was in over all bad health. We requested vet records from Paula at this rescue and she gave us the number of the vet she uses but the vet had never heard of her. She also agreed to refund "some" of the adoption fee to help cover our vet costs but she never sent the money. She stopped answering our calls and ignored our Email. I later read an article in a PA paper where she had been cited for animal abuse or neglect after they raided her facility. Avoid this rescue. They treat the dogs poorly and do not provide necessary medical care for them. It would appear to be "all about the money" for them.
