One of Stratford's Rescue Groups

The Stratford Animal Shelter has a group of volunteers called (S.T.A.R.S). The Stratford Animal Rescue Society (S.T.A.R.S.) is a Not-For-Profit Volunteer Organization, founded in September 2000, with the unanimous support of the Stratford Town Council to promote the cause of animal welfare for animals housed in the Stratford Town Animal Shelter. Their primary purpose is to facilitate and expedite adoptions of shelter dogs and cats into loving homes. In addition, they raise funds through private donations and public fundraisers to provide veterinarian services for animals with special medical needs.

Petco is a very wonderful place to bring your pet i have to say then can be a little expensive but they do have a petco card which allows you save money on your purchases

I like that you can bring your pet in with you and you can give them a treat from the pet bar.

this store is by far the worst I have ever been to in terms of fish care.. on one trip I counted over 35 dead fish and the staff was to lazy to dispose of the fish .. they were to busy talking to frie… more ›
