3 Bunnies Rabbit Rescue, Inc.

I adopted Cosette (formerly Wildy) and Coco (on separate occasions about a year apart) from 3 Bunnies. Both times, Mona from 3 Bunnies drove all the way down to New London to bring the rabbits to my apartment. And both times, she was very helpful and answered any questions I had, including good tips on bonding the two bunnies together. She also left their pet carriers with me so I didn't have to go out and buy them.

3 Bunnies also has a very comprehensive website that is updated frequently with new rabbits up for adoption. So if you'd like to bring a new bunny into your home, and you live in the Hartford area or even southeastern CT as I do, I would definitely recommend looking at 3bunnies.org for their available bunnies.

Pros: knowledgeable volunteers, very thorough

Cons: no real cons, but they don't have an actual shelter and instead rely on a network of foster homes, so if you were thinking of looking at all the rabbits in one place, you'd be out of luck
