Great for terrariums!
Pros: easy to install in an aquarium
Cons: can need frequent cleaning,esp with turtles

I have one of these in my red-eared slider tank. It is unobtrusive and does a good job of circulating the water. I do have to clean it about once a week, which is not too bad.
