Five years ago I purchased three small red-ear slider turtles. Over the years they have grown tremendously. I tried housing them in seperate tanks for a time, but they became less active and seemed depressed. I opted for one large tank which is working well, but occasionally I will notice a small cut, usually on the neck or head of one, as a result of them climbing on each other to bask. When this occurs, I add a Dr. Turtle Sulfa Block to the tank water. The cuts always heal nicely and in a short time. Turtle's pollute their water quite quickly and even with frequent water changes, small cuts can become infected. I have been very pleased with the results of this product.
