The shelter I am affiliated with is Henderson county. The were 18th in the rankings. I live in Evansville, Indiana which is just a quick 5 or 10 minute drive across the bridge. I am a foster parent for the humane society in my town, they were fortunate enough to have built a new shelter not that long ago. I saw on the morning news one day before work that the Henderson Humane Society was on there showing the shelter and talking about the contest.
