The SPCA of Erie County deserves to have a makeover simply because they are the greatest caring people. The number of animals they would be able to provide for would be unreal if they had the make over. They are totally funded by donations from us the people in the County and what they do with our donations you can see when you either visit there or go to adopt an animal. They do background checks on the adopters before they let them adopt and this I know since we have adopted from them. … read more
