Good Luck! He needs to get the word out and fund raise like crazy. He is doing a great thing, but unfortunately, there are regulations that are in place to protect the animals and him while he has them in his care. I wonder if he could get 501c3 status as a rescue? He might want to look in to that as well. It would help him perhaps get more in donations as well, since people would then see him as a non-profit organization and many larger corporations can only donate to non-profit organizations that have 501c3 status.
