I am one of the people that helped run the Zootoo campaign for Butte Humane Society. I have to say I was deeply disappointed of situation that happened with Stray Rescue. I was even more disappointed at how it was handled by random people who didn't know the whole story making accusations.
All this negative mud slinging (inaccurate facts we still have to correct people on today) and to make matters worse our local newspaper posted an article that was devastating to our campaign. It was by far the worst article of any of the other shelters IMO.
Regardless of who was right and wrong it was handled wrong and the only people who really were hurt by this was the top 10 finalist who had worked hard to help there shelter there animals in any way they can.
