Puppy mill runners must have no heart at all. Just think, every other week when the puppies get fed ( if they get fed at all), the owner walks by them, not thinking about how sick the puppies are, or how if they don't get any medical attention soon they might die, but instead they most likely think something like " there's another $35 headed toward my store of beer", (or whatever gets them stupid enough to think that they can do that to animals) "and there's another $35, and another, and another."
