I can certainly sympathize with the cat-napper, but I don't think that they did the right thing. Stealing someones pet is horrible. In some cases it's like stealing one of their children or best friends. Cats love to roam. It's what they do. I think that the napper should have talked to their neighbors who had cats. The cats that the napper dumped could end up in over crowded shelters. And if their owners did not spay or neuter them there will certainly be quite a few new cats to contend with. Read Less
