Description: After fostering Chico and his brother Elmo for seven months, we've adopted Chico and are keeping Elmo as a permanent foster. Chico loves to snuggle up under the covers with you at night. He seemed to know that I'd signed the paperwork because he sat on the couch next to me and tucked his head between my arm and body. I said in July that if they weren't adopted by Christmas that this might be their forever home, and it is!
