WPRAS Needs to expand!!!!!!!!!
Our community needs for the West Plains Regional Animal Shelter to expand and be able to accept and care and find loving caring homes for many more animals. This is a very rural area and people need to feel comfortable in knowing that they have an alternative to dumping their pets that they can no longer care for on rural roads.
