Dear Zootoo - We LOVE our shelter, Please Help Us
Dear Zootoo: As you read some of the Journals from the support members of WPRAS you will find a recurring theme. These guys have run this shelter virtually on their own, with little support. Well that's not quite true. Our City and our Community support this shelter 100%. The problem lies in the fact that this community overall has a lower income level than a lot of other areas.
