Description: Bart was a 5 week old puppy found by Randy in East St.Louis on a bitter cold December morning. He thought the puppy was already dead, but when he reached for him, he tried to get away. He had deformed legs due to poor nutrition, but after Stray Rescue rescued him they were corrected with nutrition and love and he thrived. He is in a wonderful home with another Stray Rescue rescued pup, Carly. He is one happy boy.
