My dogs have changed

It has been three months since I brought Tyler home from the shelter. He has come out of his shell and is quite a tyrant. He is very hyper and barks non stop at anything and anyone. He has caused our other dog to bark along with him. Tyler has turned out to be alpha and thinks he rules the roost. As of the day Zootoo came to our shelter, April 15, I met a certified trainer.
