No kill is another name for Limited Access, instead we accept all domestic animals without a waiting list, without any judgement of the condition of the animals. Limited access shelters turn away hundreds of animals each year because they don't think they can adopt them out, Open Door shelters accept those animals and work very hard to find loving homes to all adoptable animals even the ones with special challenges.
