i think rules are rules if the city has rules against it he should follow them. buying and selling alcohol in my state is legal...but i live in a dry county so no buying or selling here...if i suddenly opened a liquor store here do you think they'd let me go cause i had permits and a clean run store?..personally i have no problem living next door to someone who owns snakes of any kind as long as they are responsible and know if i see one in my yard its a dead poisonous snake Read Less
