I could take the easy way out for this journal and say I would like the Parkersburg Humane Society win the makeover because it would be great, but it would be more than great! The makeover is something that our Humane Society desperately needs. We are not a large community by any means but there is a major over population of homeless and unwanted animals in our area and they far out number the space that our Humane society has.
