Description: Oscar is a large, good looking, bad boy with a commanding presence & an attitude. It started with a near death escape as a kitten hiding under our lawnmower followed by 3 younger cats moving in & a dog who tries to steal his food. The worst injustice of all - Oscar was forced to move twice without his permission!!. We moved 1 mile in 2000 & 5 miles in 2007. Oscar miraculously somehow walked back to both prior residences a few times. How? What route? Such busy streets! We now tie Oscar outside
