As a retired Animal Control Officer I find the continued stories of abuse too much to take. So, I don't read them. I know what kind of abuse is out there and I've met the people that inflict such pain on adoring pets. I've put my time in on the hard core issues. I still help whenever I can by sending emails to back up convictions. I also help with pet rescue groups and shelters. Instead of talking and critizing, I help in any way I can. If the abuse bothers you, help in a way that you can deal with it. There are so many ways to help. If you can.....do it. If you can't.......don't critize. Read Less
