This heartfelt story should remind us to rejoice and share these blessings and miracles animals give time after time, with unconditional love. Love that is so very hard for many to find in our society today but animals are so willing to give, if we just embrace it.
Yes girls in India are persecuted and expendable as are the animals. How sadly ironic that we still allow this to continue all over the world. How desperately we need to come together for all living beings.
I thank God there those of us who never stopped fighting for those rights and encouraging others to advocate too. Animals and children give back more than we take time to see or appreciate.
